GrOwLive Academy Terms of Service

By purchasing a product, program, or membership from GrOwLive Academy, you agree to the terms below.

General

Offers and coupons cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Coupons are valid only during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Digital Products

You will receive access to the digital product as described on the product page at the time of purchase. If you have trouble accessing content you have purchased, contact us through our contact page and we will help you resolve it. Purchasing a digital product does not grant any right to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell it in any form.

Memberships and Subscriptions

GrOwLive Academy membership is billed annually and renews automatically at the then-current rate at the end of each membership term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Reminder emails are sent before each renewal.

You may cancel your renewal at any time through the membership management link included in your welcome and reminder emails, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for and ends on that date. Cancellation does not shorten the current term or entitle you to a refund for any unused portion.

Removing or cancelling a credit card on file does not cancel your membership. If a renewal payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to collect payment daily for three days. If payment is not received within that period, your membership will be closed and your access will end. You remain welcome to rejoin at any time.

Refunds

All sales of digital products, programs, and memberships are final. Because digital access cannot be returned once granted, we do not offer refunds or purchase credits. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted; cancellations must be made through the membership management link or in writing.

Account Status

If your account is not in good standing for any reason, special offers, promotions, bonuses, coupons, discounts, and other incentives are not available to you.

Changes to These Terms

By purchasing from this website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase. We may modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion. The effective date of the current version appears below, and we will provide details of any changes on request.
